Our organic-vital-cuisine is fresh and healthy: every single ingredient of our meals and drinks is certified organics. Most of them are from the region: sheeps graze on the fields of Schmilka, Bio Hof Lindenmüller from Sürßen is providing us potatoes, the goat cheese comes from Lauterbach, fresh vegetables are growing in our own garden and Gut Gamig delivers the eggs. The variety of our meals is creative and trendy. Vegetarian or fisch or meat, they are all delicious just like our local meals. We spice them with herbs from our own garden.

On request we provide you diet food but wholefood is also part of our cuisine. Beside these we recommend you the suitable wine. Taste any of our selected organic wines or taste the wines from the saxonian wine region Hoflössnitz by Radebeul.
As well as products from hops and malt or fresh revitalized water according to the so-called Grander method you can have in our hotel restaurant.
